Without exception, all watches are first technical inspection prior to the auction and repaired if necessary.
A trusting and fair settlement of the sale is very important to us, so please observe the following instructions: If a clock in non-working order reach you, it may be a transport - action problem, in a very few cases, our watchmakers made a mistake. Nevertheless, you can send us back the clock to repair. We will then fix the error and return the beautiful pieces to you as soon as possible.
